PORTEUR Wheel building

Hand built wheels are made to order. Each component is selected to suit your requirements; spoke count, spoke gauge, rim width and depth all play an important role in how the wheels perform. With more than a decade’s experience building bespoke wheels, Paul can offer advice to make sure you get the perfect set.

Porteur Suspension Service

To keep your fork or rear shock feeling buttery smooth we recommend a full service at least once a year. A simple lower leg or air sleeve service can massively improve both feel and suspension performance, as well as greatly increasing component life.

Tubeless

Going tubeless brings lots of benefits to how your bike rides. It offers a significant reduction in rolling resistance and weight, as well as providing great protection against punctures - allowing for more flexibility with tyre choice and tyre pressures.

Tubeless setup

Already running tubeless ready tires and rims? Labour for getting you setup sans tubes starts at £20 a wheel.

If you need rim tape fitting or replacing it’ll cost an additional £10 per wheel.

There’s plenty of options with tubeless valves and sealant, starting at £10 and £6 a wheel respectively.
